Returns

Should you not be happy with your item for any reason we are more than happy for you to return it within 14 days of purchase. Please email mail@sparkandvolt.com with subject RETURNS to request a return (The item(s) must be returned unused).

In the rare occasion your item is faulty we will offer a full refund. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that the item is faulty by sending an email to mail@sparkandvolt.com with the subject RETURNS and your order no.

NOTE: When returning an item it is important to obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office, if the item is lost in the post this will insure you for the goods.
